§ The calling behind the work

Ministry

Writing is one part of a larger calling: to teach the Word so that believers grow to maturity, to communicate the faith clearly, and to give a reasoned answer for the hope we have.

Service

What guides the ministry

  • Truth. The Word preached plainly, and claims made only where they can be supported.
  • Formation. Teaching aimed at maturity and deeper intimacy with God, not applause.
  • Clarity. Communication that serves the hearer and bridges gaps deliberately.
  • Service. Ministry is about God and about people, not the minister.

These lines summarise themes from the books and teaching. [MINISTRY STATEMENT — replace with your own words if you prefer]
